FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE---THANK YOU

INTEREST GROWS FOR 2nd ANNUAL IRCO DIRT TRACK HEROES CAR SHOW AT PHILLIPSBURG MALL MARCH 7 TO 15

Last year's inaugural IRCO Dirt Track Heroes event at the Phillipsburg
Mall exceeded the expectations of everyone involved, including
management of the Phillipsburg Mall who reported recorded attendance for
the week long show that is free to the public. Event sponsors, the
IRCO Community Federal Credit Union were so impressed with the event
that they signed on immediately to be the sole sponsor of the 2009
presentation of this show. This event was created to honor the many
great drivers, owners, crew members, track officials and race fans who
took part in the racing scene at tracks like Harmony, Nazareth, the
Flemington Fair Speedway, East Windsor and Reading. Last year, more
than one-hundred drivers attended the show to be interviewed and to meet
and greet the thousands of race fans who attended the show. In 2009,
the 2nd Annual IRCO Dirt Track Heroes Car Show will open on Saturday,
March 7 and continue through Sunday, March 15.

Memories of the good old days and some very interesting story swapping
is part of what this show is all about. The show has also become an
outstanding opportunity for local short tracks to promote their coming
racing season. Tracks like Grandview Speedway, New Egypt, Bridgeport
Speedway, Hamlin, Borgers, Snyderville and Kutztown Speedway had a
strong presence in last year's show and plan to be returning again in
2009.

The show will open on Saturday, March 7 and close on Sunday afternoon,
March 15. Mall hours are Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM and Monday through
Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM. The list of daily activities are already being
planned. Look for the return of live broadcasts of the CARQUEST
Gasoline Alley & On Track with the Pados Brothers and Randy Kane.
