MODIFIED-URC DOUBLEHEADER FALLS TO RAIN AT BIG DIAMOND RACEWAY Forestville, PA - July 17, 2009--For the sixth time of the 2009 season at Big Diamond Raceway a Friday night program has fallen to rain. The Modified-URC doubleheader scheduled for tonight Friday July 17 was claimed by rain that began to fall in the area around 2:30PM. The URC-Modified doubleheader was the first of two events scheduled for this weekend at Big Diamond as the Sportsman and Roadrunners will compete in a special Sunday evening program. Ken's Tire will present the special two division show of Sportsman and Roadrunners. The Sportsman feature is 25-laps and pays $1000 to the winner. The Sportsman will also hold one-on-one challenge races (carrying the same format that has been utilized with other divisions). The Roadrunners are competing in a 20-lap feature.
