ARCA/REMAX series team launches eBay sponsorship program
By: Rabenold Racing PR

Slatington, PA- Without major sponsorship during this rough economic time, many race teams are shutting their doors.  That’s not the case for Rabenold Racing of Slatington, PA.  Instead, the #63 ARCA/REMAX series team has decided to look toward other avenues of sponsorship opportunities.  That avenue has lead the team to eBay, which they feel is an excellent opportunity of potential sponsors to “feel out“ the opportunity.

There’s no question that old Kory Rabenold knows how to win races.  After all, the 19 year old has numerous asphalt modified victories across the Northeast and is also one of the youngest drivers to win a Race of Champions (RoC) feature event. Recently, Rabenold and his race team decided to make a leap toward the “big time”, ARCA/REMAX series racing.

It’s not the first season for Rabenold in his #63.  In fact, it’s his second year of running a partial schedule in the series.  Last season at Pocono International Rabenold finished 12th in the June race and 16th in August after being the victim of someone else’s accident.  At the time of the incident he was running 5th.

Rabenold has turned many heads in the racing world and like many like him; his dream one day is to drive in a NASCAR series.  He believes that the nationally acclaimed ARCA series will help showcase his talent (and the team’s sponsors) at the national level.

The team understands that a “major” sponsorship deal won’t fall into their lap.  Instead, they have focused on area businesses to help supply funding for their family-owned team.

The team is planning to run an eBay auction to help obtain sponsorship and team exposure for the upcoming “Carolina 500” at Rockingham Speedway in North Carolina. The event will be televised live on SPEED on Sunday, May 4.

With no reserve, any business can get its name on the both sides of the #63 Rabenold Racing Monte Carlo (eBay item #270232090698).  The 4”x6” vinyl decals will have to be supplied by the sponsor if the bid ends under $500.  If the bid exceeds the $500 mark, other options will be offered.

Kory Rabenold and his entire race team are looking forward to running as many tracks as their budget allows this season.  For more information on the driver and his team, please visit
